Kwakwaduam Fekuw (UK) has a structured governance system as

outlined in its Constitution. The Executive Committee, consisting of 8

members including the President, Vice President, and other officers, referred to as the Team are responsible for managing the association's affairs who are in turn guided by the oversight of our Patrons.

Officers are elected by the general membership for a two-year term in

order to foster a democratic process within the organisation.

 

This setup allows for regular elections and turnover, ensuring new

perspectives and ideas periodically enter the leadership.
