Who We Are

Kwakwaduam Fekuw (UK) is a Charitable non-governmental organisation in the United Kingdom which strives to bring about equality in education for all.

 

As with any forward looking Association, we identify Education as one of the most important drivers of societal advancement and in particular guiding and supporting the young and vulnerable people who needed this most.

Our values, objectives and guiding beliefs are enshrined in the Fekuw’s Governance structure which is the reference point in our decision making processes.

 

In so doing we reflect our collective vision and aspirations of our members common good and emphasising equality for all.

Membership

Membership of Kwakwaduam Fekuw(UK) is open to all indigenes of Akropong Akuapem residing in the United Kingdom and Ireland.

 

Aside, we extend our reach to all those who attended schools in Akropong as well as like-minded people who share in our vision of improving the standard of learning for the less privileged and vulnerable children in society.

Our History

Kwakwaduam Fekuw(UK) has had quite a journey since its formation in December 1986! Transitioning from a non-registered association to obtaining charity status on 28th June 2001 and beyond.

 

We have since built a strong community network of Akropong Akuapem people living in the United Kingdom and Ireland, keeping the spirit of community alive across borders.
